Hi Sue! in the past I asked you what I need to be a 911 certified dispatcher (fire, police, etc.) and a 911 instructor. please don't send me to a web page, please explain me in words. Thank you.

Well to become a dispatcher (certified is another topic) you will need to apply at your local 911 centers.  Call them and ask what the qualification are and which agencies in the area are hiring.  To become an instructor you probably need five years experience in the work.  You need to be able to type 40 wpm and pass all the requirements listed on the job application.  Where do you live?
