South Africa

Sue worked with the Department of Communications and Booz Allen Hamilton as part of a team selected to conduct a study and offer recommendations for a national emergency numbering and response system. Sue conducted informational seminars and offered expert testimony on issues of hiring, training, and Comm Center operational issues. She was involved in the task force to study recommendations for regionalization and consolidation for emergency services.  See South African Control Room above pic. 

Argentina

Sue worked with officials in Moron Argentina in designing the Comm Center, writing hiring and training standards as well as Supervisory selection and training guidelines. Sue offered a broad perspective of the responder agencies and their current communications systems. Sue assisted in setting up user meetings and designing agenda for goals, decisions and challenges with the new system.

Costa Rica

Translated the 911 Manual for training personnel.
 

Cayman Islands

Uses StarZ to train.  Sue visited to train all public officials in Stress Management and Conflict Resolution.

Virgin Islands

Uses CORE Curriculum and most all our products to train.
 

Canada

 
Our Candian Customers (too many to list) use StarZ for simulation and most all other products and training.  Most popular are our Exceptional Trainer Series.

India

 
We are in close contact with many people in India Emergency Services.  We send items by eMail to assist any time we can.  Their system is very much in need of training and assistance. Wonderful people.
