Today I heard Donna tell someone on the phone that this call was "The best call I have heard in my 30 plus years on the console!"  Well I nodded from the other room -  for indeed it was the same for me.  Last week I played the call for South Dakota and the week before Texas APCO Regional.  When the call ended there was silence until someone said, "Wow!"  Wow indeed.  

I was looking for calls for Good Call Bad Call - the intent is to provoke people into critical thinking - but when I heard this call I found another Way To Go call and yes WOW.  I agree it is one of the best calls I have heard in my 30 years of looking for great work to model. Please check it out, we need to model excellence for our trainees.
