OK, this was written after a particularly wonderful mediation experience in a Comm Center.  I love mediating because you can just see the change in each person as they understand their own needs and those of others.  We do at times devalue others even though we are kind people.  We do also devalue our own self and that is pretty common too.  Hope you enjoy this.
