Great Idea For StarZ

A customer uses StarZ also as a communications device when there is a EOC event.  Often lines get crowded, with setting up StarZ between two people who need to reach one another in the building.  Call on StarZ, hit to foot pedal and talk to one another on StarZ ....easy...works...wow...what an idea!

Let's say you receive a call from a person following a drunk driver or a caller tells you that they know a person inside a specific house has drugs or that a person on the street has a gun. In each case, your caller wants to remain anonymous.

CTO Checklist

We hold our trainees accountable - but what about the CTO.  Is it clear what CTOs are required to do and be to be successful?  Here is a document shared by one of our nation's great training programs. Feel free to use.  One suggestion - I would highly recommend NOT handling this over and saying do it...have a meeting and give them time to mark each item with a symbol.
