E911 Institute changed the way they did things ... I think last year, they began sending out news - you can get anything 9-1-1 from an RSS or newsfeed.  Anyway, when you have time there is a lot of good 'stuff' in here (not gossip).  :) 

Back by popular demand.  Actually we called it a 'proclamation' because everyone signed, framed and posted it.  And we included confidentiality!!  It's in Word so you can change, add, mutate at will.
