Sue Pivetta has worked as a Certified Dispute Resolution Mediator for ten years. She believes the methods used in resolving conflicts can be used in the Comm Center setting to create harmony and better understanding of how to use conflict as a positive.
Conflict is costly and draining if not resolved. If resolved, conflict can lead to better understanding, closer relationships and improved morale in your agency. These skills can be learned and each individual attending has the ability to become THE peacemaker. No other person needs to change for this to happen. People learn a lot about their ability to deal with and communicate in times of conflict.

This course limits class size to 20 for interaction, role play and individual guidance as students perform the skills on actual comm center conflict scenarios.
