Without a doubt the best call I have heard in 30 years. When previewing training calls we came across this call and it was just amazing! We had to make it into a Way To Go call so we could share with the world the amazing work of Pam. View segment
During this call Pam talks a man out of suicide as he sits in his bedroom with a gun, wanting to die. He was reporting he had molested his 14 year old step daughter and his wife was outside, apparently making him call to turn himself in. What we all have to remember is that suicidal people can kill others in their hopeless situation. Pam controlled the scene, the caller for an amazing outcome using her heart, her head and her voice. Just amazing!
