The 911 hang ups were made by actors in a studio, we did a series of domestics, angry customers and other call types the Call Receiver would normally have NO ability to interact with. For example - the student hears a loud abusive domestic then - decision time for the trainee - what are they to do with this?
Volume I is included with your new StarZ II Simulators. If you need another one or you have an older version of StarZ, this CD will add greatly to the reality of your simulation training calls. Only through realistic simulation can the new hire fully understand what it is like to deal with screaming, yelling, crying and sirens in the background of an intense call situation.
